Take a trip through Asian Culture while you indulge yourself in traditional performances, a diverse array of foods from Asian restaurants serving the Iowa City community, and engage in fun and culturally significant crafts. 

On Earth Day, join us for an enlightening discussion led by Dr. Heidi Roop, Director of the University of Minnesota Climate Adaptation Partnership and an Assistant Professor of Climate Science. Dr. Roop’s expertise lies at the intersection of cutting-edge climate science and effective science communication. Her mission? To increase the use and integration of climate change information in decision-making.

Come out to enjoy an evening of fun, entertainment, and fun at the IMU! Perform your favorite song in front of a live band, test out your skills with inflatable axe throwing, or build your own stuffed animal! There will be a limited amount of special Senior Sendoff and 2024 shirts for the stuffed animals also. Sno Biz and El Gringo Loco food trucks will also be in attendance for FREE!

Wear your Iowa Gold to create a memorable moment for the Class of 2024! Food trucks will be on site! Free food truck tickets will be provided to the first 50 graduating seniors that arrive for the photo. Spring-A-Palooza Carnival and Concert will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Hubbard Park following the photo.
