Anna is a second year at the University of Iowa studying nursing; she is originally from Chicago, Illinois. Anna  joined CAB in spring of her first year and has been a part of the organization for 1 semester.

Anna is an Event Director for the Campus Activities Board. Event Directors are in charge of planning and overseeing all events that CAB puts on throughout the year. They come up with ideas for events and work with members on how to best execute them and give people the best experiences at each event. Anna took on this position because, “during my first semester I had come to a few events hosted by CAB and I saw how fun it looked and at the time I was looking for ways to get involved on campus!”

Of all the events CAB puts on during the year, the Clothing Swap CAB hosted this past spring was Anna’s favorite. One of her favorite memories from being a part of CAB was getting to go to the trampoline park with all the other CAB members for a social.
