Chris is a 3rd year (Junior) at the University of Iowa majoring in Environmental Sciences, with a minor in Chemistry, originally from Oswego, IL. Chris joined CAB in Spring of 2023 and has been a part of the organization for six semesters! Chris joined CAB because a friend was in CAB, and told me he should check it out! He had done previous activities that CAB offers, and I wanted to continue my involvement in college.

Chris is the Operations Director for the Campus Activities Board. The Operations Director is in charge of inventory for CAB, within the main CAB office and other locations where we store materials.  Chris also oversees the sustainability efforts of the Campus Activities Board. Chris took on this position because he has seen what CAB can do for the community of Iowa City and surrounding areas. Chris has a strong passion for sustainability and internal management, and his position as Operations Director aligned well with those interests. 

Of all the events CAB puts on during the year, Haunted House is Chris’ favorite. He says “you can get as creative as you want when it comes to your room. The sky's the limit with this event!” One of his favorite memories from being a part of CAB was getting froyo with the production team at Yotopia and getting to know all the cabbies during our weekly House meeting.
