Lula is a 3rd year at the University of Iowa majoring in English and Creative Writing, as well as Psychology, with a minor in Anthropology, and is originally from Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Lula joined CAB in her first year of college and has been a part of the organization for 6 semesters.

Lula is the Development Director for the Campus Activities Board. The Development Director is in charge of helping uplift and collaborate with diverse communities on campus to make sure events are accessible and inclusive. Lula took on this position because she has a true passion for community and connection and feels that CAB is one of the best places on campus for that, “everyone is lovely and I find my work to be incredibly fulfilling.”

Of all the events CAB puts on during the year, Taste of Asia is Lula’s favorite. When asked about her favorite memory from CAB Lula says, “I have so many but truly I love just laughing and hanging out with all my fellow cabbonians!”
