Nathan is a graduate student at the University of Iowa who is pursuing a Masters of Science in Data Science, originally from Dubuque, IA. Nathan joined CAB in Fall of 2022 and has been part of the organization for six semesters. Nathan joined CAB because he truly felt passionate for CAB’s mission. 

Nathan is the Assessment Director for the Campus Activities Board. The Assessment Director is in charge of internal and external assessment, which we use to improve our outreach efforts. Nathan took on this position because he believed it was a unique position that could share insight that directly impacts our improvement. His favorite part of his job is compiling assessment reports, especially after big events like Haunted House or Casino Night. 

Of all the events CAB puts on during the year, Haunted House is Nathan’s favorite. He says “it’s such a unique experience to get to set up, act in, and tear down an entire haunted house in 24 hours.” One of her favorite memories from being a part of CAB was being awarded the advisor award last year, an award given to a leadership member by our advisor for being an exemplary member of the CAB leadership team.
